Residential Case Studies:
Luxury Wallpaper.

As this customer works in the textiles industry, they wanted to ensure that all features of the room worked perfectly together. A moodboard was created for the redesign of the space. This included paint colour swatches, samples of wallpaper and carpet.

The bedroom was completely stripped, prepared and redecorated, including wardrobe doors being given a face lift and a hidden cupboard being created. The ceiling was painted white to keep it bright.

The Cole & Son wallpaper used on the feature wall is of extremely high quality, and so it was essential that skills of a matching standard were used to ensure it was hung seamlessly. The cloud design by Fornasetti has been modernised with an ombre cast, meaning accuracy is even more crucial to give the desired finish. The wallpaper was applied to the new full height cupboard door allowing it to blend into the background!

With the perfect interior combinations, a regular room was turned in to a beautiful tranquil space and the customer was delighted with the quality of the work:

“The master bedroom is now a beautiful and restful space. When investing in our home, I want to use tradespeople that are highly skilled at what they do, trustworthy and respectful to work in the house while I am out at work and with the care to tackle the less than straightforward jobs. I found Leon’s team all of these things and would highly recommend them.“

Child’s bedroom

The client wished to change the colour scheme in their child’s bedroom.

Victorian Exterior

This property was fully scaffolded which allowed us to paint the exterior of this large Victorian home. The woodwork was in need of thorough preparation and painting in order to bring back the true architectural detail of the property.

Kitchen Facelift

We worked alongside a joiner to give this kitchen a new look. It was a good quality kitchen that didn’t need to be replaced, however the homeowner wanted a different look.

1930’s External Painting

This project was perfect for spraying. We gained access through scaffolding which allowed us to thoroughly mask out effectively.
